As Taha Kimya Management, we undertake

to carry out our activities in order to provide

a working environment free from occupational

health and safety risks to our employees,

in order to implement the principles listed below:

   To ensure continuous improvement of the system by applying the "Occupational Health and Safety Management System", periodically reviewing and monitoring its performance.

   To keep the risk values at a minimum level by analyzing the risks of unsafe situations and movements that could potentially cause work accidents and occupational diseases in the working environment, planning, implementing and periodically reviewing the activities in order to prevent the realization of the risk.

   To prevent the occurrence of human-induced risk parameters by ensuring that employees receive training at certain periods in order to increase their awareness of occupational health and safety.

   To examine all incidents and accidents that occur during our activities or that may result in injury, and to make necessary improvements to prevent their recurrence.

   To be an exemplary company for other companies in terms of OHS practices by adopting the goal of zero work accidents and zero occupational diseases.

   To act interested and responsibly towards occupational health and safety issues, information and public sensitivities, and to ensure the development and standards of health and safety culture by working with all our stakeholders.

   To ensure that all activities applied within the scope of occupational health and safety are carried out within the framework of relevant laws, regulations and standards.
